Brief

CUE Creative successfully rebranded this 17-unit townhouse project in 2014 following the developer’s unsuccessful ‘DIY’ launch.  We did all research and creative in record time – producing redesigned printed collateral, completely re-merchandised sales centre, site and directional signage and a new website.  We also provided ongoing marketing (advertising, social media, newsletters, etc.) to help the project reach its sales target in less than 90 days and substantially sell out during construction.
