Brief

For this inner-city, 59-unit condo project we crafted an identity that reflected the unique urban ‘vibe’ of its location as the key to its marketing strategy.  CUE evolved this identity with a comprehensive brochure, ‘teaser’ and full project websites, site pageantry, sales centre signage and displays (including a 70″ interactive touchscreen display), print and online advertisements, newsletters and social media, which together generated over 1,600 registrations within weeks of the official sales launch.
