Brief

CUE Creative designed an entirely typographic logo for this 16-unit NE inner-city condo project by Cerezo Developments.  Given the project’s dramatic architectural lighting features which will illuminate the building at night, FARO (Spanish for ‘lighthouse’) was selected as the basis for a marketing strategy that will emphasize the project’s unique architecture and design. The project’s tagline is “Enlightened Living”.
