Brief

The developer of this 10-unit urban luxury townhome project wanted an evocative identity reflecting extreme ‘executive’ value and complementing the identity of a preceding project. CUE created a logo, constructed of custom-built letters that evoke masculine luxury and urban sophistication, as well as a teaser website, full project website, print collateral, sales centre displays and signage, traditional and online marketing campaigns which together generated hundreds of qualified purchaser leads.
