This 50-unit mixed use urban residential project represents an intersection of policies, vision, values and lifestyles so it made sense to create an identity based on ‘intersection’.  In addition to a bold logo reflecting the project’s location, CUE Creative developed a comprehensive brochure, ‘teaser’ and full project websites, site pageantry, sales centre signage and displays (including a 70″ interactive touchscreen display), print and online advertisements, newsletters and social media, as well as ongoing advertising coordination and sales and marketing reporting throughout the course of construction.
