This 18-unit residential project is expected to appeal to young first-time homebuyers and Studio’s fresh and colourful visual brand is designed to appeal to that market.  CUE Creative developed a comprehensive suite of marketing materials for the project, including a brochure and sell sheets, ‘teaser’ and full project websites, site pageantry, sales centre signage and displays, as well as online advertisements.  The brochure was a 2015 SAM Award finalist in the category of “Best Brochure”
